Mastery of fine art provides an increased ability to understand, describe, and apply visual language. It lends itself to creative thinking, design thinking, and knowledge of a vast library of styles to pull from. It's also a great hobby. As a fine artist, I have shown in over 25 competitions and galleries. I have awards from California State Universities in Sacramento and Long Beach, as well as from the University of Washington and the United States Art in Embassies program.
